Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

2.1 Minimum Age. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or use any service on the kk5 platform. By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. kk5 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Where a User is found to be under 18, the Account will be immediately closed, all funds will be withheld pending investigation, and the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The kk5 platform is intended for use by players located in Bangladesh. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the kk5 platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. kk5 reserves the right to restrict or suspend access from any territory at its sole discretion.

2.3 Legal Capacity. By registering an Account, you confirm that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and that you are not acting under any legal disability that would prevent you from doing so.

2.4 Not a Prohibited Person. You confirm that you are not accessing the kk5 platform as an agent, employee, contractor, or immediate family member of kk5 or any of its affiliated game providers, software suppliers, or payment processors for the purpose of wagering.

3.1 Registration. To access the kk5 platform's full range of services, you must register a personal account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested in the registration form. You agree to update your account information promptly if any of it changes.

3.2 One Account Per Player. Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the kk5 platform. If kk5 identifies that a single individual holds multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — kk5 reserves the right to close all such Accounts, void any pending or settled bets associated with them, and retain any balances as a penalty for breach of these Terms.

3.3 Accurate Information. You must provide truthful information during registration and at all subsequent stages of your relationship with kk5, including during any KYC verification process. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account closure.

3.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your kk5 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. kk5 will treat any activity conducted through your Account as having been authorised by you, and will not accept responsibility for losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

3.5 KYC Verification. kk5 is required to verify the identity and age of all players before processing withdrawals. You agree to provide any documentation requested by kk5 as part of the KYC process, including but not limited to: a government-issued photo ID (e.g., National ID Card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address (e.g., a recent utility bill or bank statement), and proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account registered in your name). Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or Account suspension.

3.6 Account Currency. All Accounts on the kk5 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). All deposits, wagers, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed in BDT. kk5 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies directly — any currency conversion required is the sole responsibility of the depositing payment service.

4.1 Supported Payment Methods. kk5 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following methods for Bangladeshi players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without notice.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on the kk5 platform is ৳500. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your Account.

4.3 Own-Name Transactions Only. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own legal name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including family members — are strictly prohibited. Similarly, all withdrawals will be processed exclusively to a payment account registered in the same name as the kk5 Account holder.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing Times. kk5 aims to process all withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad within 2–5 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 1 business day. Processing times may be extended during peak periods or where additional verification is required. kk5 does not guarantee any specific processing time and shall not be liable for delays caused by payment service providers or banking institutions.

4.5 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions: (a) your Account must have completed KYC verification; (b) any active wagering requirements on bonus funds must be satisfied before the bonus-derived portion of your balance may be withdrawn; (c) the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500; (d) kk5 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal at its sole discretion.

4.6 Anti-Money Laundering. kk5 is committed to preventing money laundering and the use of the platform for any unlawful financial purpose. kk5 may delay, suspend, or refuse any withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of money laundering or other financial crime. kk5 may report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities without prior notice to the Account holder.

4.7 Inactive Account Fee. An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as inactive. kk5 reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity fee of ৳200 to inactive Accounts, deducted directly from the Account balance, until either the balance reaches zero or the Account is reactivated by the Account holder logging in and making a deposit.

5.1 Wager Acceptance. All bets placed on the kk5 sportsbook are subject to acceptance by kk5 at its sole discretion. kk5 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any wager without explanation, including wagers placed at odds that were published in error.

5.2 Errors in Odds. Where an odds error (commonly referred to as a "palpable error" or "palp") is identified — including but not limited to prices that are clearly significantly mispriced relative to market value — kk5 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. This right applies whether the error was caused by human error, data feed failure, or software malfunction.

5.3 Insufficient Funds. A bet will only be accepted if your Account Balance at the time of placement is sufficient to cover the full stake. kk5 does not offer credit to players.

5.4 Match Abandonment and Postponement. Where a sports event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before the relevant market's settlement conditions have been met, kk5's specific sport-by-sport rules (available in the Help Centre) will govern how affected bets are settled. In general, stakes on voided markets are returned to the Account Balance.

5.5 Casino Games. All casino games — including slots, live dealer tables, and crash games — are governed by their individual game rules as supplied by the relevant software provider (including but not limited to Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe). In the event of a conflict between a game provider's rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail with respect to Account management, withdrawal conditions, and bonus terms, while the game provider's rules shall govern the mechanics of individual game rounds.

5.6 Malfunction. In the event of a technical malfunction during any game or betting transaction, kk5 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the stake to the player's Account Balance. kk5 accepts no liability for losses directly caused by technical failures.

5.7 Collusion and Match-Fixing. Any form of collusion between players, manipulation of game outcomes, or participation in match-fixing is strictly prohibited and constitutes a criminal offence under applicable law. kk5 cooperates fully with sporting bodies and law enforcement agencies investigating such conduct.

6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonus offers made available on the kk5 platform are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each individual offer, in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. Where a conflict exists between the specific bonus terms and these general Terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail with respect to wagering requirements, eligible games, and expiry dates.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds credited to a player's Account must be wagered the specified number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before they may be withdrawn. The Wagering Requirement applicable to each bonus is stated in the relevant promotional terms. Unless otherwise specified, Wagering Requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited, after which time any unmet Wagering Requirements and associated Bonus Funds will be forfeited.

6.3 Eligible Games. Not all games on the kk5 platform contribute equally towards meeting Wagering Requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager, while live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage or zero. The contribution rates for each game category are specified in the relevant bonus terms.

6.4 Bonus Abuse. kk5 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus and associated winnings where kk5 has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: registering multiple Accounts to claim the same offer more than once; using systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed to meet Wagering Requirements while minimising actual game risk; exploiting errors in bonus programming; or any other behaviour that kk5 determines to be contrary to the spirit of the promotional offer.

6.5 Seasonal Promotions. kk5 regularly runs seasonal bonus campaigns aligned with the Bangladeshi calendar — including campaigns during Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and the BPL cricket season. The terms of these campaigns are published on the promotions page at the time of launch and are subject to change or withdrawal without prior notice.

6.6 Withdrawal Priority. Unless kk5 specifies otherwise in the terms of a specific promotion, real-money funds are always wagered before Bonus Funds. Winnings generated from Bonus Funds will be credited as Bonus Funds and remain subject to the applicable Wagering Requirement until it is fully met.

7.1 Prohibited Activities. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kk5 platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information during registration or any subsequent verification process.
• Using the kk5 platform to launder money or conduct any other unlawful financial transaction.
• Depositing funds originating from criminal activity or any proceeds of crime.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise interfere with the kk5 platform's software, security systems, or data.
• Using automated software (bots), scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform in any non-human manner.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game or sports betting market.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or glitches for financial gain.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing or any manipulation of sporting outcomes.
• Using chargebacks or payment reversals to retrieve funds that have been legitimately wagered on the kk5 platform.
• Sharing your Account login credentials with any third party or allowing a third party to use your Account.

7.2 Right to Investigate. kk5 reserves the right to investigate any Account or transaction at any time and without prior notice where kk5 has reasonable suspicion that prohibited conduct has occurred or is occurring. During any investigation, kk5 may temporarily suspend the Account and freeze associated funds pending the outcome of the investigation.

7.3 Consequences. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, kk5 reserves the right to: (a) permanently close the Account; (b) forfeit the entire Account Balance, including any real-money funds deposited; (c) recover from the player any winnings paid out in connection with the prohibited conduct; and (d) report the matter to relevant regulatory authorities, financial intelligence units, or law enforcement agencies.

8.1 Closure by kk5. kk5 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to where: (a) the Account holder breaches any provision of these Terms & Conditions; (b) kk5 is required to do so by applicable law, court order, or regulatory direction; (c) kk5 determines that continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players; or (d) the Account holder has been identified as a Politically Exposed Person (PEP) or is subject to international sanctions.

8.2 Voluntary Closure. You may request the closure of your kk5 Account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Before closing your Account, you should withdraw any remaining real-money Balance. kk5 will process a voluntary closure request within 5 business days of receiving it and confirming your identity.

8.3 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, your Account will be fully suspended and you will not receive any marketing communications from kk5. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately upon verification and cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period. 8.4 Effect of Closure. Upon Account closure, any real-money Balance remaining in the Account (net of any Bonus Funds subject to unmet Wagering Requirements, which are forfeited on closure) will be returned to the Account holder via their most recently used withdrawal method, subject to completion of KYC verification if not already completed.

8.5 Data Retention. Following Account closure, kk5 will retain your personal data for the period required by applicable law and regulation. For details on how your data is handled after Account closure, please refer to the Privacy Policy.

8.6 Amendments to These Terms. kk5 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or on-platform notification at least 7 days before taking effect. Continued use of the kk5 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you should close your Account before the effective date.
